The Mason Lodge was originally constructed in the late 1800’s and now houses the Mount Washington Valley Free Masons Lodge, a retail shop and a movie theatre. Throughout the years the building has gone through many transformations, not all of them resulting in code-compliant or structurally sound outcomes by today’s standards. The Masons contacted Bergeron Technical to perform a general building and life safety code inspection of their entire building. Through the report and analysis provided to the Masons they were able to identify areas that were in need of improvement and develop a plan for renovations to improve the overall structure and provide a greater level of Life Safety for all occupants.
