Building and Site Project Design
Bergeron Technical and their project teams know how to properly design sites and buildings and how to bring the two together. Decades of experience working with our clients and listening to them. Helping to bring our designs to life and correcting the mistakes that others have made has led to the development of a great deal of wisdom about what works, what doesn’t work and what will service our clients properly. When designing, we apply the requirements of today but whenever possible, we leave the door open to implement improvements in the future.
Tuckerman Brewing
Bergeron Technical Services provided schematic site design and building layout services to Tuckerman Brewing for their facility expansion efforts. Additionally, Bergeron Technical Services provided project lead services for permitting the project through the Town of Conway for Site Plan Review and building permitting. The new facility has food service, expanded seating, outdoor entertainment, outdoor concessions, new restrooms to serve indoor and outdoor seating, a new parking area with more on the way! Civil Engineering was completed by HEB Engineers.
Foss Field Building
Bergeron Technical Services provided project design services for the new Foss Field snack bar. Plans included floor plans, elevations, electrical, mechanical and project specifications.
Lower Bartlett Water Precinct
Bergeron Technical Services worked with a local designer to provide the Lower Bartlett Water Precinct with a new office and maintenance building design that would suit the Precinct’s needs well into the future. Bergeron Technical designs for this site included parking, walkways, and the septic system.
