On January 6th the Conway Dinner Bell community take-out dinners resumed at the Conway Village Congregational Church, aka the Brown Church.
The Dinner Bell has not been held since major flooding on Dec. 18, 2023, damaged the basement of the church.
According to a report issued last month by Conway Village Congregational Church trustee chair Anne Getchell, “The heat is on! It officially came on the first week of December, 11½ months since the flood (Dec. 18, 2023) We have been working with Bergeron Technical Services since day one. They have been so helpful and great to work with.
