Life Safety Code Inspections
Shawn and Kate are both certified by the National Fire Prevention Associates as Fire Protection Specialists. NFPA 101 Life Safety Code is adopted in NH as part of the State Fire Code. The Life Safety Code provides safety requirements for new and existing buildings, both commercial and residential. We are often asked to provide Life Safety Inspections to determine the level of compliance of various buildings. These inspections can determine if the building is compliant with egress, fire alarm systems and fire sprinkler systems.
SOLO Toad Hall
Bergeron Technical Services performed a Life Safety Inspection and Analysis of SOLO’s Toad Hall Dormitory in Madison, NH. The dormitory serves as accommodation for students while they attend courses on the SOLO campus and serves as a repair shop.
Whiteface Hollow
When the folks at Whiteface Hollow bought an old farm and converted the barn into a wedding venue, they called Bergeron Technical Servies to perform a Life Safety Inspection and analysis to assist the local fire chief in determining the requirements for egress, fire alarm and automatic fire suppression.
Town of Wolfeboro
Bergeron Technical Services assisted the Town of Wolfeboro with a Life Safety audit of the Municipal buildings to determine deficiencies, corrections, and create a list of items of importance to assist with determining which improvements to tackle first.
