Land Surveying, Engineering & Other Growth

Back in 1999, when Bergeron Technical started providing services to our client, engineering, architecture, and land surveying were often included as subcontracted services components within our work. Over this quarter century we have developed excellent relationships with many licensed professional individuals and firms, relationships that we plan to keep as they have allowed us to provide complete projects to our clients. That said, as BTS continues to grow and improve, we needed to expand by bringing some of these services in-house. In late 2023, we opened our own Land Survey Department when Loralie Gerard joined our team. That expansion was an immediate success and that department has grown to three people and will likely continue to grow in the near and distance future. As of late 2025, Dave Ford, P.E. had been the Town of Wolfeboro’s Town Engineer and Public Works Director for many years. During that time, BTS did many projects for the Town of Wolfeboro, always working with Dave and always having Success. Dave is now here at BTS taking the lead of what we hope to develop into another several person department. The addition of both land surveying and civil engineering pushes BTS closer to Shawn and Kate’s Goal of being a full-service consulting firm that is efficient, effective and competitive.
